AskTog is renowned interaction designer Bruce Tognazinni's site offering "interaction design solutions for the real world." Tog produces occasional columns and an excellent page of IxD resources.
GUUUI.com—"the Interaction Designer's Coffee Break"—posts weekly articles and quarterly features on interaction design. Its archives are nicely organized for easy findability.
Interaction-Design.org offers an "open-content, peer-reviewed encyclopedia covering terms from the disciplines of Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Human Factors, Usability, Information Architecture, and related fields." Although still new and seeking contributors, it already includes many helpful articles and links.
SAP Design Guild offers SAP's "public user interface design resources packed with useful information in the UI field." It's incredibly full of information, resources, articles, event news and more.
The UI Design Newsletter of Human Factors International reports on recent HF and usability research findings—and usually includes links for more information. Check the rest of their site for other resources.
UI Patterns and Techniques is a collection of UI patterns that can design problems. With a self-effacing "You won't find anything new here," the site seeks to be a quick resource for UI designers. Nice introductions, samples and discussion.
User Interface Engineering is Jared Spool and company's generous offering of always-excellent essays and articles.
